Am I the only one out there who finds that "Animatron X" is just O.K.? Been there, done that, mediocre production. Everybody praised it sooooo damn much, I was expecting it to blow me out of the water, and I got done with it, shrugged my shoulders, and just put it away.

Am I alone here? Wouldn't be the first time, but I am still waiting to see something even less than stellar said about that release.

NOT AGREE AGAIN CARL!!! AND SOMETIMES THAT'S GOOD!!! HA HA HA!!! I SPENT YEARS TRYING TO FIND SOME CREEPS STUFF WITH DECENT QUALITY, SO THIS OFFICIAL RELEASE SOUNDS FOR ME AS IF BOB ROCK OR MUTT LANGE WAS THEIR PRODUCTOR!!! LOL!!! BTW I MADE MY OWN MIX VERSIONS!!!
AND MUSICALLY IT'S WHAT I NEED AND I EXPECTED TOO KEEP ON GLAMMIN!!!

<font size="3" face="Arial">*waves hand* i'm with you on this. lots of hype, nothing to back it up. mediocre at best. what gets me are the people who were bitching about the death metal/shockrock band from florida saying that they were just using a gimmick to attract people because there music sucked but then turned around and praised the peppermint creeps.

I UNDERSTAND BILL AND CARL TOO!!! AND PERHAPS "EVOLUTION" IS THE REASON TO FEEL THAT!!! I KNOW THE CREEPS IS MAKING THE SAME NOISE THAN THEY MADE IN THE BEGGINING, THERE ARE PEOPLE (LIKE ME) WHO WANTS 'EM KEEPING ON THIS WAY FOR THE REST OF THEIR MUSICAL WAYS AND OTHERS TRYING TO GET SOMETHING NEW!!!!

Sounds like the people who criticized the Death Metal band just didn't like Death. Agreed, the gimmick excuse is a tad hypocritical, if they're gonna rave about the Creeps. Image ISN'T everything, as those people have proved.

I guess they prefer the entertainment that Glam music provides, over Death.
